Why Don T I Sweat A Lot When I Exercise
Why don't I sweat when I exercise? 3
When my husband and I went for a walk recently, we saw that he was sweating profusely and his skin was beautiful and fresh. On the other hand, I do not sweat at all and my skin is very dry.
Since then, I have noticed that even after 40 minutes of intense training, I do not sweat much. Should I worry about not sweating? Why can this happen?
To updateThanks to the nurse for her helpful advice ... I actually drink a lot of water and usually nothing happens. I am a hyroid and I am taking medicine, but I was wondering if it has anything to do with it.
I exercise and exercise regularly and lose weight ... just wondering if I would worry that my husband is not sweating. I think it's important to sweat.
The answer to high temperatures is sweating in the early stages of heat loss, but it's okay for no one to sweat as much as their physiology (only you). Matters are usually the same, but they are not 100% respectable. I recommend stopping sweating because sometimes it is related to heart problems rather than your activity. The diagnosis of your case will be related to thyroid, as I hope that the first time you read it you will see your problem (if it is a problem at all). Nothing relieves your stress, in the end I mean you compare your activities to normal.
I don't remember the last time I drank a liter of water. I rarely drink anything but soda. It is ridiculous to say that it is only a matter of water. I will, especially since I donate plasma twice a week. My hematocrit is decreasing. I don't want to ask you why I'm not a nurse (actually I just graduated from high school), but you can live by the water in the Strait.
This can be more than dehydration. I'm talking about halamus. I guess that's what I'm saying here most of the time, but you should see a doctor. Does your concentration (too yellow, maybe smelly?) Indicate dehydration?
Edit: You have a good chance of being connected (your thyroidism and anhydrosis [don't worry]), without any known link. You should really see a doctor. This is especially annoying when you are not sweating. Check the link and see a doctor.
Although many people sweat, sweating is healthy (not excessive). If you are worried about not sweating enough or not being active enough, you may not be drinking coffee. 4 out of 3 g or water is not enough. If you play sports, the average recommended amount is 8 grams per day and more. But don't overdo it, you don't need gallons. Only 810 grams.
Well, some people sweat more than others. My best friend and I walked a little bit and by the end he was sweating and not sweating at all. It depends on who the person is.
Oh
Hyperhidrosis, also called polyhydrosis or sweating, means excessive sweating, excessive sweating.
The most active parts of the sweat are the hands, feet, armpits and groin because the number of sweat glands in these areas is relatively high.
There are two types of hyperhidrosis. Primary focal hyperhidrosis refers to more active sweat glands that affect specific areas of the Y, such as the hands, feet, face, or armpits.
This form of hyperhidrosis is not preventable and is not contagious as it is potentially hereditary (although the disease can be passed on to one generation). Secondary generalized hyperhidrosis is total and
Sweating due to secondary illness or treatment.
I have a friend who doesn't sweat. It's a little weird, but it doesn't really affect it.
I'm not worried.
You may be dehydrated and one day you will experience a good heat wave.
Humans need at least 2 liters of water a day for healthy eating, and I'm sure you rarely drink water. Coffee, tea and soda don't count, neither milk nor juice ... it should be water.

As long as you drink coffee and are hydrated, you will recover. People with hyperthyroidism sweat less, it doesn't matter if the thyroid is under control. I won't worry, men naturally sweat more than women. Stay hydrated!
