Fry in peanut oil until lightly crushed.
3 cans of chicken stock with a little kosher salt, chopped onion, chopped garlic, 1 can tomato, peeled carrot and celery, 1/2 cup jack daniels, tabasco sauce, sage, bay leaf and pepper. Cook over low heat for 2 hours. For the last 20 minutes of cooking, thicken with a cup of flour and water.
