Verizon Fios TV: Not connected to the channel guide? He said wait ... all channels? 3

Oddly enough ... I can still watch TV, but finding channels is frustrating. When I go to the guide, all the channels say wait, but nothing happens.

Your device is not communicating with the Internet router, which sends you all the information of the Internet integration at home on the Coxel cable line. Make sure there is no splitter inline between the router and the cable converter, and if so, this is a splitter with at least 1000 MHz.

If all else fails, unplug the decoder for at least 1 minute, then plug it in again to perform a hard reset. This will force you to reconnect with the Internet router.

Otherwise, contact Verizon Technical Support. You may have a faulty decoder. This is not the first time I've heard of it!
