Flaccid oil will be in the pharmacy / health department. They are usually together. Sunflower seeds can be found in sandwiches, salad dressings or juices. I saw them in all 3 places.

At my local Walmart, I can find salted / immovable sunflower seeds, dehydrated banana chips and other healthy foods in the Banning / Usage section. Be careful, it's not a great choice, but it's there.

If you have Wle Foods, they have a lot of seeds.

Also, they are the largest type of flaxseed on the planet.
