Follow these steps to use PowerPoint to create an Office design file. Open PowerPoint and click the Design tab on the ribbon. Select a design on the Design tab. To change the color scheme, click the Colors drop-down list in the Theme section of the Design tab. Select the new colors you want and then enter a name for your new design in the Name field.
