Can I go from 200 pounds to 150 pounds in the summer? 3

Now I weigh 200 pounds and I want to go back to school and be so thin that people don't recognize me. I think 150 pounds is healthy enough for a 5-10 year old girl, right? So please give me some tips on how I can lose 22 pounds over the summer holidays!

50 kg in 3 months? Run about a mile a day, just drink water. And eat mostly fruits and vegetables. Make sure you do a lot of setup. =] I helped a little.

This is easy to do in the summer.

1) Get rid of carbohydrates in tea (research what is and what is not, liquid foods that are high in carbohydrates are all carbohydrates). In addition to being permanent, they crave more carbohydrates.

2) Do not take a car, foot or bus anywhere in summer. People are very angry because they never get out of their cars. Put on your socks, walk one day at a time and walk. So it becomes very easy.

Exercise a lot, add 2 hours of swimming a day to your response. Cold water helps you burn calories, heal your leg muscles and get the most out of it. As you lose weight, you will meet people with whom you can become good friends.

I do not weigh 90 kg but I still want to lose weight this summer but many people have given me some advice:

Don't eat in bed; In that case, eating oranges or citrus fruits will help you lose weight.

Wear warm clothes to sweat during exercise.

And it helps when you pierce your stomach ... I like that.
