On one occasion my speech was in two words. In recent years, as annoyance has become more common, it has become more common to combine two words into one and therefore use masculinity.
However, both versions are considered valid.

If this is a scolding, I use 2 words as adjectives and nouns.
When I was my son, I used it as a verb for verb.

It depends on what you order. I have seen it written in one word and two words on literature and internet. Personally, I want to rave about what Y looks like! A, but masculinity is also acceptable.
