Crepes With Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
Pancake recipe with Aunt Jimma's pancake mix? 3
I would like a pancake recipe with Aunt Jimma's pancake mix. Someone has a prescription.
Apple Pancakes:
Content:
Creeps:
3/4 cup Jemima® Orial Tante Full Pancake and Waffle Mix
3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 boards or margarine
Apple filling:
3 tablespoons or margarine
6 cups apple slices
1/4 cup Auntie Jimama syrup or light syrup
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
A little salt
Thank you
Preparation:
Place the pancake, egg, milk, and vegetable oil mixture in the lid of the blender bowl and stir over medium heat until smooth. Let stand for 5 minutes and shake for 510 seconds.
Melt 1/2 in a small (20 cm) non-stick pan over medium heat. When you go to your brother's house, reduce the heat to medium and put 2 pans in it, tilt the pan and cover it evenly with batter.
Bake for 30 seconds or until the surface feels dry, gently turn the pancakes over and bake for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining flour. If it is too thick, shake it occasionally.
Make apple filling. Melt in a large bowl over medium heat, add the apples and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 6 minutes. Add the syrup, cinnamon and salt and cook, stirring lightly, for 23 minutes or until it thickens.
Fill the middle of each baked pancake with a small amount of hot apples. Attach both ends to the filling and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Cooking tips and variations:
If the pancakes break when they are turned over, bake them for a few more seconds on the first side and then turn them over.
Pancake batter can also be mixed lightly in a bowl.
For a delicious dessert, garnish these pancakes with cinnamon cream. In a cooled bowl, add 1 cup cold whip cream, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir in the mixer until soft peaks form.
Ant Jimma's Oreal Pancakes and Waffle Mix or Ant Jimma's Well Wheat Pancakes and Waffle Mix can be changed upon request.
