You should see your gynecologist for a test to make sure it is a yeast infection and nothing else.
However, as my gynecologist recommends: Monistat, Gynelotrimin or any other over-the-counter product every three months is safe to use. So I would say yes, asyl can be used during pregnancy.

Every woman and every pregnancy is different. My doctor did not want me to use it internally during pregnancy. I would recommend talking to your doctor as it contains steroids. The isil website claims that it is safe, but pregnant and lactating women should consult their doctor. My best!
