Is Naval Aviation Maintenance Manager (AZ) a long term job?

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. Both the Marine Corps and the Indonesian Navy have an MOS / rating, namely Aviation Maintenance Manager.
